Posted on Monday, July 20, 2009 at 9:35AM

Have you seen this new book? Its called "Crocheted Gifts: Irresistible Projects to Make & Give" by Kim Werker. What a gorgeous book! Interweave Press has outdone themselves, again! The art and layout, photography and design are second to none!!! This book is gorgeous from cover to cover.

Are you thinking about wanting this book? If so, here are 3 simple questions to ask yourself:

First of all, who doesn't like to receive a crocheted gift? Nobody

Secondly, many of the projects are small, so you could make lots and lots of gifts!

Thirdly, give the book as a gift to the crocheters in your life, and you can get all these gorgeous goodies made for you!! Ding, ding! I think we have a winner!!

"Crocheted Gifts" features wearables (including my Shawlette In Chains), home decor projects, baby gifts and mittens for the whole family. Lots of the projects use fine yarns and big hooks to achieve fluid fabric with lots of drape! There is crochet in here like you have never seen. And there is even a great tutorial section, too!

The cover blanket, designed by Doris Chan, is inspired by Converse Hi-Tops. There are amazing designs by: Kathy Merrick, Robyn Chachula,  Annie Modesitt and many more.
