Day 3 of 30-Day Crochet Challenge

Click on Thumbnail for larger imageHere you have a choice of how you want to join your squares. I prefer to work in blocks instead of strips, so I will join the 3rd square (blue) as a new row. This is a one-join square, so you will repeat the same joining technique as the Day 2 Square (yellow). Starting tomorrow (Day 4 of 30-Day Crochet Challenge), I will demonstrate how to join the motifs along 2 sides and a corner.

Tomorrow we will be joining the 4th and final color. Now is a good time to start thinking about color formation. Do you want vertical/horizontal stripes? Diagonal strips? Random colors without the same color touching on two adjacent squares? I'm leaning towards the latter, but I have until Day 5 to decide!

See you tomorrow!
