Caron International Yarn has a new collection of yarns: Spa and Country. Spa is a blend of bamboo and acrylic (25% bamboo/75%microdenier acrylic) and the put up is 251 yards per 85 gm ball. Spa is a silky bamboo blend, multi-ply yarn that offers knitters and crocheters lustrous finish and ultimate drape for all your projects.

Kristin designed Casurina, (a knitted, triangular shawl in a simple 4 stitch/4row repeat). Casurina uses 5 balls of color# 007 Naturally and is an intermediate level project. Click here for a free download of the pattern: Free Casurina Shawl Pattern

You will need the following tools for this project:
(1) US9/5.5mm circular needle 36" length, or size needed to obtain gauge
H/8/5mm crochet hook
yarn needle

Note: the stitch pattern has a natural bias. It is important to block this shawl for a proper triangular shape. You may be pleasantly surprised to see this particular fiber combination's amazing drape post-blocking.
