Decadent Crochet Gifts in under an hour!

Thanks to Doris Chan for this adorable, free pattern for Mini Stocking Ornaments.

I used some left over beaded/sequin embellished Tilli Tomas yarns from various sample garments: Simply Heaven Lace Kimono, Swag Sweater, Sparkling Tiers, Flower Back Sweater, and the ISIS Hat & Flower Pattern.

Using the beaded yarns, the mini stocking ornament weighted around 10 - 12 gms each. That means that if you were to use one skein of Rock Star or Disco Lights (at 100gms) you could crochet approximately 10 one-color stockings. If you used two skeins of Rock Star and/or Disco Lights (at 100 gms each), you could crochet approximately 20 two-color stockings. If you used one skein of Rock Star (or Disco Lights) along with some stash yarn, you could probably make 30 stockings if you used it sparingly.

Last night, I crocheted 19 stockings in the time it took to watch two movies!!! I bought some gold-coin chocolates and stuffed them today. My presents are ready to go!

Please check out Doris' pattern - its quick, easy and check out her story. Its so sweet.
